My Philosophy
Client's needs and goals, the nature of cases, the types of disputes, and the temperament of clients and opposing parties and counsel run across the spectrum, and there are many factors in play that dictate how, when and at what cost a legal problem can be solved. I believe lawyers fall into two categories:

First, those who are overly aggressive and unnecessarily adversarial and who want to fight regardless of whether doing so is in their client’s best interests. Secondly, there are those who seek to solve problems in a business-like, professional manner. I take the level-headed, problem-solving approach, and seek success through the use of my 30+ years of experience and the professionalism that I have sought to develop in client relations, in working with opposing parties and opposing counsel, and most importantly, when standing in a courtroom advocating for clients before judges and jurors.
